As President of SKY360 Development, Kai Stadlerset out to bring a new level of luxury toLauderdale-by-the-Sea through distinctivearchitecture, exceptional quality, and thoughtfuldesign. His vision helped redefine luxurytownhome living in the community andestablished the foundation of the SKY360 brand.
Originally from Germany and a South Floridaresident for more than 30 years, Kai drawsinspiration from the coastal lifestyle that makesthe region unique. Today, that vision continuesto guide every SKY360 development.
SASCHA BALZER
Sascha trained as an attorneyin Germany and brings thatlegal background, along withstrong financial acumen, tothe SKY360 leadership team,supporting the company'scontinued growth andstrategic direction.
Stephan Hausmann
A trusted partner since SKY360'searliest days, Stephan bringsmore than two decades ofgeneral contracting expertise toevery SKY360 development. Heoversees all construction withmeticulous attention to detail,precision, and craftsmanship.
Ben Spiske
Ben oversees the planning andexecution of SKY360 projects,coordinating consultants,contractors, and partners tothe highest standard. He is alicensed architect in Germanyand a certified GeneralContractor in Florida.
KYLIE KUHL
